Chicken Burger Patty 500gm

Lay buns, cut side down, put some butter on a grill and cook until lightly toasted, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on bun bottoms. Set the bun tops in place. Take the cooked fried burger patty and put cheese on both the sides of the patty. Add lettuce, tomato, burger, onion, and Salt and pepper to taste. 1. Heat Oil in a shallow pan up to 180 Degree Celsius.

2. Drop this frozen product in the pan and deep fry for 3 to 4 minutes.

3. Fry with intermittent turning until product colour changes to golden brown and starts to float in oil. Take out from oil and serve hot with Ketchup or any other dip.
