Cooking Instructions are approximate and may vary with appliances. Defrost fully in the fridge if frozen and remove packaging prior to cooking.
Pan fry: Pre-heat enough oil to cover the base of a pan. Fry for 10-12 minutes, turning regularly or until product is cooked to preference.
Oven grill: Place in a lightly oiled oven pan. Grill at 180˚C for 8 minutes, turn and grill for another 8 minutes or until cooked to preference.
RAW KEEP FROZEN. Do not refreeze once thawed. Consume within 2 days of opening.
